    I have two items that were returned a month ago and they haven't released my refund. I keep getting the run around that the system went through an upgrade and refunds are delayed but this was not communicated with their customers. They are also saying that one of the items was refunded a week ago but I never received it. I am now having to report the charges and deal with my bank. DO NOT order from them.

    I placed an order February 21st, and paid for 2 day shipping.
    It is now March 3rd and it has still not arrived.
    Terrible customer service on the phone.

    If I could give a 0 I would. I ordered something May 28th and it is now June 6th.. it still hasn't shipped. I have tried chatting, I have tried emailing, and I cannot get ahold of any of them. If my order doesn't arrive soon, I will have to call my credit card company and alert them of this company and tell them they refuse to ship my package and will not assist me.

    Unproductive customer service! They’ve had my return for over a month and the refund still isn’t back on the gift card. Even after calling customer service 4 times
