      The manager which is ****** ***** stated that we could trade a ring my wife bought 7 days ago ,then come back and said he had changed his mind! The receipt states that you have 30days to trade any merchandise if you are not happy.In my opinion I think that after seeing my wife was black that when he changed his mind. In my opinion that this company is discriminatory and a lawsuit will follow for unethical and professional practices and discrimination

      Our receipt does not say what Mr ****** states. He is not the one who made the purchase, his wife did. She was very nice about the situation and the manager was trying to work with her until the husband got involved and turned it into a hostile environment. The manager has stated he would work with Mrs ****** to resolve but did not want Mr. ****** back in the store. This no different than someone buying a prom dress, wearing it for a week and then trying to return them, This is not standard policy to allow customers to abuse our warranty. This is our official wording: Your purchase has a 30-DAY GUARANTEE(Not
      Including As-Is Sales) and may be returned
      for exchange or a store credit within 30
      days of the date on receipt. The guarantee
      does not include ABUSE or NEGLECT by the
      purchaser. EXCLUDES NEW FIREARMS. All
      firearms are subject to a 10% restocking
      fee. No REFUNDS OR CASH BACK.
      All car audio sales are final!
      On layaways, payment must be completed
      every 30 days and paid out by the due date
      shown above or partial payments will be
      forfeited. A minimum of 10% of total sale
      is due every 30 days.
      Any cancellations are subject to a 10%
