      Awful no staff supervising false advertising failures to contact family on several occasions never answers phone on 3 different numbers rooms are dormitory with several in a small room patient's have no supervision and come and go as they please care taker is never available on sight or aware of household members kicked our family member out with no contact to us no transportation to home no personal belongings and took the whole month's payment from their personal property for the month they were not going to be residing there. patients are made to do their own cooking and laundry even though they advertise differently. do not recommend
