  If I could give a minus rating, I would. Ongoing issues since August and it's now November. I have been lied to and promised things that have not happened. Insurance payout of almost $21k and I got a giant mess, missing furniture, destroyed custom baseboards and defensive explanations. Give this company a hard pass!!!!

  I care for my 94 year old mother who lives by herself. On Thurs morning, she called me saying she had a water leak and had no use of her toilets. I headed to her house and called 2 plumbers indicating I had an emergency. They were in the middle of jobs so I called Roto Rooter. They said "a plumber is in the neighborhood". It was over 2 hours before he arrived. Then he said it will be $560 to find the leak. I paid him and 2-1/2 hours later he "thought" he had found it, it would be tomorrow before we can fix it, but they would start early. Still no use of her toilets and she is unable to stay anywhere else because her house has been altered for her mobility issues. She went to my house, but since my beds were too high she had to try to sleep in a chair. We arrived back at her house early and finally at 9:30 I called Roto Rooter and asked where the plumber was. They said he was on another job and it would be between 12:45 and 2:45. I hung up and called another plumber and had him lined up, called Roto Rooter to cancel and they said "well our guy is in the neighborhood." Canceled second plumber and Roto Rooter plumber showed up at 11:30. They said an additional $1,230. They had to cut 6 or 8 holes in her Sheetrock, but they left Sheetrock dust and large pieces of Sheetrock and didn't clean up. I had to insist that they fill in the hole that had the exposed water line in the yard. It was now Friday afternoon around 4:45 and my mom had been without toilets for 36 hours. They left and when we tried the toilets neither toilet worked. I called the plumber to come back and get the toilets working and he said "we didn't touch your toilets and I'm on the interstate." I demanded he come back. He then dug up the yard again, and took 1-1/2 trying to fix toilets. I called dispatch crying for help. A manager finally walked him through it on the phone and then left the front yard with exposed water lines and hole. My request to talk to a manager hasn't happened after 5 days.

  They charged me 375 and didn't even fix my problem and damaged my property! Someone needs to take them out of business.

  Called to have my French drains blown out and was told their technician was available and they would send over right away for a quote. 2 1/2 hours later two men showed up and my husband met them and proceeded to walk them through where the French drains were. At this point they stopped him and said they’d seen enough and that it would be $1500.00. He paid them a service fee and called another company who preformed the clearance of our drains… for $350.00. The men were highly unprofessional and almost bordering on plain out rude. And I would say that the receptionist was deceptive from the onset. We will never even consider using them in the future.
