    These men were watching women park thier cars in a parking lot with no signs stating that you could not park. They didn't say anything but waited until people went into the establishment they walked to and basically stole thier cars. They towed them across town from the Countyline area to Ellis Ave. We had to threaten to get the police involved to get a phone number to get our cars back. When we all got there after waiting almost 2 hours he told us it would be $400 a piece to get our cars back when the tow truck driver told us $275. After taking our money he threatened to kidnap a lady who had paid to have her car released because she had an attitude. Telling the drivers to block her in. He only let her go because another lady said she was calling the police. He didn't give us an adequate receipt showing what we paid just a release form. My light on the passenger side was broken which it was not when I parked it but he didn't want to listen he told all of us to get the f__k off his property and took no responsibility in thier mistake. He just told us not to double park. None of us were double parked or parked illegally they just decided to steal our cars and double charge us to get them back and damaging our property with no remorse or regret. They need to be investigated and shit down.
