    These People Lost My package and when i asked for it, they did not had any answer to that.
    There is a lady who calls herself a supervisor there ( Name : ***** ) she is so rude and arrogant.
    She doesnt know what is the meaning of true customer service. I WILL REQUEST ALL THE PEOPLE NOT USE THEIR SERVICES ANYMORE AS THEY MIGHT LOOSE YOUR PACKAGE TOO.
    Moreover she does not want to take responsibility of her actions( HER TEAM AS WELL ).
    PLEASE DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE

    Mr. *** ****** came to us as a digital mailbox client through our mutual partner US Global Mail. During his time as a client, he was rude to our staff anytime his package was not received immediately. We repeatedly explained to Mr. ****** that once we hand a package off to the postal service there is nothing further we can do. However, we did reach out to the carrier on his behalf, and they stated that someone in the post office did not scan the package and even though it was in route they were unable to track it. Our responsibility is to receive mail and then if a customer requests a shipment we package the contents up and hand over to the carrier who will then deliver the package and we did just that for Mr. ******. We attempted to explain multiple times that we had done everything we could do and to ensure that he received the items to contact the sender and get them to resend, and Mr. ****** would not accept that.
    We canceled service with Meta Professionals/ *** ****** because we received a letter from Department of Revenue that this company was exchanging funds in form of checks and money fraudulently through the mail and we reserve the right to cancel at any time especially surrounding circumstances as these. When we took the necessary steps to cancel service, it was only then that Mr. ****** called screaming and stating that we were rude, etc. and that he would report us to the BBB.
    Unfortunately, we hate that this transpired with any customer and after 10 phone calls attempting to resolve the issue and explain the process we were unable to reach a resolution with Mr. ******.
    This has never been an issue for us as we have over 500 + mail clients who we successfully complete mail tasks for every day. If there is anything extra needed from us, please let us know.
