    On October 5, 2024, we requested an inspection of our septic tank and a free estimate. The job to replace the pump and replace a pipe that was broken was for ******. We agreed on that date to have the repairs made. The owner told us to replace the 3 sprinklers and we did this before the job was started. The company came out on the same day and replaced the pump and the pipe that was broken. We were told they would run the system for a couple of minutes, but it was only run for a matter of seconds. We paid in cash ****** and received a receipt for the job. Two weeks later we called the company to say that the sprinklers were not working properly. We stated that the pipe that they replaced was cracked and leaking and the sprinklers were working properly .We called two more times, each time having to leave a message. He did not return calls or emails within a two day period. We placed another called on the second day that unless we were called or notified we would report the company to the Better Business Bureau. He emailed us that he would come out and charge a ****** service call charge if he did not do anything wrong. We expected the company to come out and inspect the broken pipe and the pump which does not turn off when not in use. He called again on October 23, 2024 asking if we wanted him to come out and we told the owner we could afford the ****** service charge. He was very unprofessional in the handling of our problem, especially wanting to charge an additional fee to even check to see what the problem was.
