      My sister recommended Ro Rodgers Air Conditioning & Heating and Im happy she did. Compared with other services I used in the past, I was able to get an appointment nearly hours later and they arrived on time. They were able to diagnose and solve the problem in under an hour. While one guy worked quickly, the other guy took time to explain whats going on, answer my questions, and advise me on future actions I can take. They were professional, mild mannered, and easy to understand. Most important to me, they respected my time ( I was on my lunch break), didnt make noise to upset the child inside the house, and I was able to pay on the spot with a credit card. Within a small time period, the house went from 85 to 69 degrees.I will definitely use their service in the future and pass on their contact to other family members.

      I called that morning and by lunch time my A/C was fixed. I had an idea of what I thought might be wrong. Ro checked it out and got me back going without even having to step inside the house. Great, prompt service during this hectic peak season.

      Great customer service. Very kind, honest and personable. He does quality work at a fair price. He does a great job of explaining everything and answering any questions you might have. My a/c is blowing colder than it ever has. I wont use anyone else.
