On March 30, 2023 i drove over an hour to ***** Ms to J&J Auto Salvage to purchase a transmission for my 2011 Chevrolet Malibu 2.4 engine, 6 speed for $745. I was told upon purchase that I have a 30 day warranty on all parts and I have my receipt. On April 19th, 2023 my mechanic stated working on my car. He already had fluid and filter that he installed in the transmission from j&j because he work on transmission. My mechanic called me and told me that the transmission i got from j&j auto salvage was no good. I contacted j&j and asked them could I exchange my part or have my money back. They replied send receipt of fluid and filter. I said ok and send receipt this morning on 4-20-23 and they informed me it was void. I informed them that $745 was too much money to go to waste and could I exchange my part or get a refund. They still said no and have been very rude and racist to me and I have messages to prove it. I am no longer wanting an exchange but my money back so I can use that to get my car fixed. Can you all please help me in getting my money back please. I put a 2nd resolution for exchange in case I don't get my money back but I want my money back and if they not wanting to do that I will do exchange but they was just so rude and they do business bad and do not know how to talk to people but I don't want to lose out if they don't give me my money back I would do exchange so it won't be a total waste but $745 is too much money and then I had to drive over an hour to get it. I tried to upload my proof for fluid ans filter receipt and receipt of purchase but it kept saying unexpected error but I do have the proof ans willing to email to you all if needed also proof of messages from me and them trying to get my money back.
