It all started a little over 9 months ago. I purchased a vehicle from ******** ****** in laurel MS. Right off the bat I started having trouble out of it. Kept taking it to the car shops they kept saying it’s a gas issue. “You’re buying bad gas.” Few weeks of it being home my van completely dies. Get it towed to a local car shop called AAMCO when they realized it was my motor they couldn’t help us they only worked on transmission issues. We called ******** the place we purchased from and asked what shop locally… covered with our warranty. They sent us to Herman’s auto tech. ******** offered to cover what the warranty wouldn’t if we sent it to Herman’s. He made a deal with the owner and they’re doing it for cheaper. Since getting it towed to Herman’s it has sat on a curb and not moved in over 2 months now. Every week we call it’s a different excuse. We told them we would move it to a different shop that offered to get to it 3 weeks ago. My van hasn’t left the curb since it’s been there. Our biggest issue is our warranty will cover a rental car “supposedly” and they refuse to even run a diagnostic on it so we can get it sent off to the warranty company and get my rental. As of now I’ve been without a van over 3 months. Even the dealership (********) said it wasn’t right them trying to charge us $125 to move it. I think myself it’s a lemon from the beginning and ******** ****** doesn’t want to admit it. We’ve been calling ******** for weeks now to talk to the man that sold us the car and he’s always conveniently out of office. We’ve even went to both Herman’s and ******** and they avoid us at all costs. I NEED MY VAN FIXED ASAP! Almost 3 months is INSANE to wait!!! ******** also said if we move the vehicle to a different shop they would no longer cover the fees the warranty would not cover. So we’re literally stuck between a rock and a hard place! I have pictures of where my van has sat since it’s been there!
