    On September 8, 2023, A Mr. ******** of A-Quick Renovation was contacted about the work that was done to my home ceiling via text message to re-do my ceiling correctly as required by Allstate Insurance. I made it known to A-Quick Reno. that my ceiling has begun to peel, and the ceiling are turning brown. The popcorn ceiling was sprayed with so much degreaser and dawn dish liquid that the paint would not hold. The employee that worked for him thought that the liquid solution would make his job go faster but he ruined my ceiling and not to mention the future possible health treats from wet sheetrock and mold. When I asked the employee, "I thought ceiling are supposed to be sprayed with water and let it sit for about 15 minutes, and he stated that the ceiling had an oil- based paint on them which required the degreaser. One room was not done because I had no money to pay the second contractor, and this will prove that there was no oil-based paint on the ceiling. Mr. ******** Mr. ******** responded to my text with a barrage of aggressive text to me and some of the comments included that I was not his boss, the only boss he has is Yahuwah. He claimed that me and everyone in my neighborhood was poor mouthing and trying to scheme him. I responded that I was not poor, and William Carey College educated. he responded, as written, "Go head on that white man degree mess! I still have the entire text message on my phone.
