  I purchased a billboard for an upcoming event and it was to go up one month prior to my event… The representative ******* ********* ensured that the banner would go up as agreed. But this promise was NEVER fulfilled. I was promised it was up so I traveled to the agreed location to find that my signage was not there! A follow up call was made to ******* and she then promised to make it right. Two weeks from my event the banner goes up BUT in a different location than what was originally discussed. Another call was made to ******* and she again promised to make things right. The banner was pulled down and placed in the correct location BUT was not visible at night due to the fact that my billboard did not have lighting. (Banner was NOT up when promised, went up two weeks later than agreed, goes up two weeks late but in the wrong location, moved to the correct location but in the dark and still not visible to customers) at this point another call was placed to ******* and 35% Discount was offered on my NEXT billboard purchase and I expressed to ******* that this was totally unexceptionable and I requested a 50% refund on this particular order considering I’ve received about 50% of the service promised…(******* would always promise to give follow up calls with new updates but NEVER DID) I was recently told she would put a check in the mail and I then offered to just drive to her home office to pick up the refund but ******* has not responded to text nor will she return my calls as promised… this company has only offered lies and broken promises and I have YET to receive a call back or a refund!
