    Date: 5/18/2022 Amount: 14999.00. Roof is steady leaking came out put tar on spot still leaking. I'm been waiting for someone to get back with me on this matter, haven't heard from them, now I have a hole in my ceiling where the rain is leaking in.

    When Reliable Roofing originally quoted the customer for a repair on his roof the original contract was for $2499.00 for the repair. However, once we started removing the existing roofing material we encountered significant damage to the substrate that made it impossible to continue with the repair unless the damage was addressed. This was explained to customer and a change order ( addendum to contract ) was drawn up for $6500.00 and the customer signed ( please see attached change order form ) giving us permission to proceed. When the the change order was presented to the customer he was also informed that the remainder of his roof needed the roofing material replaced and he declined based on cost. We proceeded with the repair and completed the work to the customer's satisfaction ( see attached completion form ) in a timely manner. Since we completed the original work we have been in contact with the customer several times and have made two ( 2 ) attempts to isolate and repair the problem. We have neither ignored nor refused to address the problem and make the necessary corrections. However, as told to the customer at the outset his roofing material needs to be completely replaced in order to fully address his roofing issues.
