    There is no specific date to these issues as it has been a problem with this company for years with their service. I Pay right at $275 monthly to this company for phone, internet, and satellite for my home. The phone and internet has been a continued problem for not only me but the other customers of this company that live around me. Phone lines continue to have service that is cracking and popping when trying to use the phone to the point at times you can't hear the other person or they cannot hear you. The internet goes in and out DAILY and at times is out for days. When we contact to try to get someone to come fix the service we have to wait up to 10 days to even get a tech to come. We have been told by the techs repeatedly that the lines are old and NEED to be replaced but they are just going to patch it instead of replacing it. They WILL NOT FIX the issues they just patch them. This is continually a problem for alot of their customers and no matter how much we try to complain to the company about this area NOTHING is ever done to completely fix the situation yet they want us to pay on time no matter what!!!! We are outraged and tired of being good customer but being treated poorly by the only company we have access to in this rural area. PLEASE HELP GET THIS RESOLVED!!!!
