    This company was the default for ********* to be my installer. They came twice. The first time they left was because I have a 12/12 pitch awning (which was in the installation details) and they did not know how to install at this angle when they arrived. The 2nd install attempt was the same crew with an explanation of how they had determined a fix, with an upcharge (minimal) for the new needed brackets. Half way thru the install I was adamant that the install was not correct as the awning was too far west and wayyyyy to low. There were many phone calls with the owner. The installer (*****) actually said to his boss that I must be "on crack". The awning was not being installed as the salesperson (***** ******) and I had agreed. I fired them. I hired local contractors who had zero problem installing the awning as contracted to be installed. I would never recommend the installation company and the suppliers sales person needs to understand this his product is only as good as the final install.
