This plaza salon business, should not be a business. A proper business takes customer feedback and uses it to better their business and grow. Instead, if you raise even a slight complaint about their poor service, you are no longer allowed to be a customer there. Which is weird because.. don’t you need customers for your business to run? It is not luxury to go here, there are far better nail salons within a 15 min ride. From their google reviews, my own interaction is not uncommon. I was told I made their staff uncomfortable by expressing in a polite and professional manner that I was unhappy with the way my service went - nothing with profanity or any like words . I had waited to call until I was home because my young child was with me and I didn’t want her to see I was upset. Again, though I was upset, I was composed, respectful and I even tipped above 20%. The phone call I eventually made consisted of this, “I was unhappy with my service and want to be assured I will have the tech I booked my appointment with because I feel as though my time today was wasted and I am with nails I didn’t ask for.”. The owner, who eventually answered my call, after they canceled my fill (initial call was to ask why), said I was no longer allowed there because I made her staff “uncomfortable”.. you know what’s uncomfortable, Sydney? The fact you think its proper business practice to ban someone from a plaza salon over constructive criticism that could better your business, based off your google reviews. My two children, who are under 10 years old, do something similar when their feelings are hurt.
