      Poor quality root canals and crowns. My crowns on tooth 14 and 15 from Mitchell Dental had to be replaced after Mitchell informed me that I needed a bridge to fix/ cover up the problems they created with my root canals on tooth 14 & 15. Had me in tears when I left that office that day. I went and got a second opinion found out that cement was left in between tooth and around gum line that caused horrible pain, discomfort, bleeding, severe sensitivity to eating and drinking for over a 1.5 year+. Also had to see a endodontic specialist for problems from poor quality root canal from Mitchell. Requesting that all out of pocket expense be refunded, and amount paid by insurance be return to insurance, so that a new crown will be covered. I have tried numerous of times to speak with management/owner. Called all last year for this to be resolved, no one return my call, no one answers the phone, all calls go to voice mail.

      I had a routine teeth cleaning at Mitchell Dental Clinic in ********** at 10am on 9/18/23. They deliberately damaged one of my teeth that day to ensure repeat business. They stabbed the Dental Tool into my upper left rear tooth extremely hard and twisted the tool around forcefully while it was embedded in my tooth!! Now that tooth is chipped/broken!! They also said it was time for x-rays I told them I did not won't x-rays that day and asked could they take x-rays next time, she agreed then she said she was just going to take some photos of my teeth, at the time I didnt think nothing of it, I just thought she meant regular photos. She took photos of my teeth with something that looked like an ink pen with a light on the end of it.. my cleaning was $60 dollars more than the previous two times, Idk if it was the price for the photos or if the price for a cleaning increased bc she never said anything regarding it either way. Mitchell Dental Clinic needs to held accountable for deliberately breaking my tooth. In my opinion that's Criminal Assault!!! When they first opened Mitchell Dental Clinic they were descent in my opinion and their office was always filled with patients when I had an appointments in the past but when I was there Monday the 18th I didn't see any other patients in the lobby. I went online and left a review and also read some reviews by other patients and I saw that other patients have had similar experiences as mine who also left reviews, which means what they did to me and my tooth is a pattern. Mitchell Dental Clinic does not have many patients anymore and now they are doing anything they can to rip off the few patients they have left. Even if it means purposely Breaking Patients ******************* Gain! They're probably more patients who've had horrible experiences with Mitchell Dental Clinic also but everyone doesn't take time out to make a formal complaint or leave a review...
