    On January 8, 2025, this guy drove into my neighborhood soliciting business when he approached me stating his crew had just finished a job nearby and they had materials leftover. He further stated, he could give me a great deal because the material were left over. I asked him how much material it would take, he stated, he didn't know because the materials were left over and he would have to see how far it went. I admit red flags should having been flying for me. Needless to say, I went ahead and allowed them to do the work but what he called left over and discounted materials in the end cost me 14 thousand dollars. I realize I agreed to the work but was floored by the bottom line. I want to do business with those who are honest but I really don’t think everything was on the up and up. I feel like the situation was manipulative and even predatory. They are out soliciting business from people while requesting $ directly after 1 day. No option of payment, except must be cash, check or credit card.

    One way Paving has missed represented itself. He told us we were getting gravel, for $2.00 a yard and proceed to put in half of a driveway. the agreement was for only a few yards of material . He said he had some extra gravel from a job he had done in the area. He came after us with a demand letter for $16,400.00. Said He'd get our property when my husband died He altered the original contract that was signed . The price he quoted my husband was not what he's trying to charge us. He came by our house and has broken our peace. We've learned from your web page he's had numerous complaints please help!
