  The Team @ Holland Debt Solutions was absolutely spot on, fought for every inch, was prompt, and extremely effective and professional. I am not a very easy person to please, but this company did all the good start to finish and was consistent. Would highly recommend to everyone needing an issue/debt resolved. Love ya ladies!!!

  My family and I want to thank Holland Debt Solutions for turning a nightmare into a learning experience. The company's owner, Ms. ***** *******, wore many hats during her negotiations with our creditors and various collection agencies:
  Hat 1
  Counselor. Ms *******, from the very beginning, was very compassionate. She went to great lengths to educate us on what to expect during the negotiation process. Therefore, there were no surprises in store for us.
  Hat 2
  Accountant. Taking into account all our assets and liabilities, she was able to construct a payment plan that we could adhere to and that was still acceptable to our creditors. We were amazed at how considerate she could be as a mentor and still be a fierce negotiator when the situation warranted it.
  Hat 3
  Solution Provider. In a matter of a few days, HDS was able to turn a bleak financial picture into an optimistic, creditworthy scenario. The hair-pulling, collector phone calls, and letters have stopped. After years of financial frustration, peace now reigns in our home.

  I am a creditor right's attorney who was representing the creditor in a commercial judgment litigation and the company and woman in financial distress were represented by Holland Debt Solutions. I've practiced in this area of law for 16 years and have never come across a company that worked so effectively and collaboratively with me as the attorney to come up with a plan to resolve the debt and help the financially distressed woman to resolve the issue. Holland Debt Solutions came up with a variety of creative ways to develop a payment plan to allow their client to resolve the outstanding debt. I have enjoyed working with them and found them to be more effective than a debtor's right attorney, who generally just creates legal complications to delay the inevitable judgment from being entered while charging their client tons of money to litigate in court. Holland Debt Solution offers a great alternative to help their clients restructure their debts and were more effective than most attorneys.

  To Whom It May Concern,As my company navigates the difficulty of sustaining day to day operations while becoming overwhelmed with giant corporations and groups of attorneys at their fingertips there are times when the little guy simply needs some room to breathe. I have worked with ***** Holland for over 5 years and she has consistently stepped in to be by my side for the battle of the corporate bully. She is tough, protective, and an accomplished negotiator, exactly the relief I needed during tough times. If bankruptcy isnt your goal but you simply need someone to take your side and battle for you while you catch your breath, ***** is your giant slayer.
