    I have a whole home generator installed by Generator Technologies Sept. 2021 and it needs servicing. Does not work. It’s been installed for less than 1 year with 1 year warranty covered by them. I’m supposed also have an Extended 5 year warranty. I have called the number listed for business and only get answering machine and can’t leave message. Mailbox is full.

    We do not have a service technician in-house. Please go to generac.com to find a Service Technician in your area.

    I am rejecting this response because: They said would provide first year maintenance and told me when sold me the generator that they would be able to provide service in less than 24 hours of me needing service. I haven’t even had the generator a full year yet. This company came recommended by another business that knew of their work. What a rip off and very misleading. I have the wi-fi apparatus that still needs to be installed in the unit

    I'm a disabled veteran and have been taken by the below Company, Generator Tech in Madison MS took a $5000 check from me on May 6, 2022 and cashed the check on May 10, 2022 knowing they filed for Bankruptcy 0n 30 April 2022. They did not even notify me of this. I called the Reps phone number and it is no longer in service. Called the number to Generator Tech and they have an old message stating they would return back to work on 5 July 2022. The mailbox is full so no message can be left.
