    After multiple request via email, text messages and voicemails, failure to provide warranty and product information including cost for doors, windows, HVAC system, water heater and any other items that *** qualify for energy tax credits.After multiple request via email, text messages and voicemails, failure provide name and contact information for termite pretreatment service provider. (My 15+ year contract was voided, because my requested termite company was not used for the service, they are unable to warranty the new structure or guarantee the existing area was not compromised by the contractor's pretreatment service provider.)Defective materials and poor workmanship evidenced by: cracked window glass;chipped countertop poorly covered by caulking;storm door that does not function properly;visible colored wire from interior garage opener push button, up the wall and across the ceiling;cracked and discolored concrete in driveway;sunken areas in grass created by contractor's equipment causing water to pool;poorly installed culvert causing improper drainage of stormwater;
