    I purchased a reciprocating saw on 6/28/2024. I tried to return the product as defective 7/24/24. I was told I needed an RGA number from the manufacturer, Craftsman, before they could return my money per company policy. I contacted Craftsman warranty department as they requested and gave my product number to the attendant and he told me the **** 300 Reciprocating saw was discontinued and I would need to contact ******. I called and spoke to ****** management and they said they would not return my money without an RGA number. I explained that the Mfg. would not provide one for the product but they again refused to refund $105.93. It appears ****** sold me a product that was no longer being made and then when it didn't work, and within 1 month of purchase with a receipt (proof of purchase), they would not refund my money, even after explaining to management that I had done all they asked me to do, standing behind a policy that was not applicable to my situation.
