      Date: 5/7/24 purchased Nissan Rogue. Added vehicle service contract which cost $2,750.
      5/13/24 went to dealership and completed form requesting cancellation/refund of OSI vehicle service contract. Employee assisting in completing form was ***** ( last name unknown). He advised refund would take about 2 weeks.
      On 6/10/24 called to check on refund. Talked to ******* ******. She advised the cancellation was not sent to OSI until 6/5/24. The refund would take at least another 2 weeks.
      On 6/28/24 spoke to ******* again and she advised her manager was out and she could not cut a check without her permission. The manager's name is ******* ******* (sp?)

      Nature of dispute is the time it is taking to get the refund.
      Business has not tried to resolve issue, but continues to delay refund.

      Desired resolution is immediate refund of money.

      When Ms.******* came in to cancel her extended warranty, Rainbow had just mail the paperwork and check into the ext warranty company to activate her warranty.  Rainbow had to wait for the warranty to go into effect before we could cancel the contract.  We cancelled the contract once it was active.  The ext warranty company will credit a statement and then pay the refunds due back the next month.  It is company policy here at Rainbow that we reconcile the statements and cut check first of the month for refunds.  Her contract was cancelled in June, therefore, by company policy we refund first of July.  I was out of the office on Friday, so no check could be cut. Her check was on the list of reconciled accounts to pay first of July.  Turnaround time for cancellation refunds take 6 to 8 weeks.  We are sorry that she feels inconvienced and there was confusion on the timetable on her refund.

      They are offering me a refund todaylytic converter. The car was still doing the same thing and the check engine light came on the same night.

      Rainbow has repaired the vehicle and the customer picked the vehicle up on 3/19/24.  This morning, she has repsonded with so far so good on her vehicle operating like it should.

      I bought a 2020 mitsubishi Eclipse cross on January 23 of 2023 and it is now march 22 of 2023 and I contacted them on February 2nd about the vin number pulling back the wrong thing for the title and it’s making me not be able to get a license plate due to the title being wrong. They told me that it was going to be another 4-6 weeks at the beginning of this month and I was just informed today that they received the title but it was damaged so now it’s going to take even longer then what they told me. This is absolutely ridiculous. They should’ve had everything right before they even sold me the vehicle!

      We were made aware of the error on the title when Mrs. ****** went to register the vehicle and purchase her tag. Apparently Arizona had the vehicle as a trailer in their system, but the title read Eclipse.  Mrs. ****** brought us the paperwork from the tag office where it showed as a trailer.  We immediately sent the title back to the auction where we bought the vehicle for correct to go to the state of Arizona.  We told the customer at that point that we would pay for the late fees that would occur.  When we received the corrected title, it was damaged by the mail.  We cannot control what happens with the mail.  We reached out to the auction again to get another title.  A no point did we say we would not pay for her penalties on her tag.   We got the title in on 4/18/2023 and her daughter came to get a copy to take to the tag office when she got the tag.  I again reiterated we would pay for the penalties.  All she has to do is bring me the registration so we can reimburse her.  The title was right, the state of Arizona had the vehicle incorrect in their system.  We have no way of knowing this when we get a title that is correct to match the vehicle.
