      I purchased a double wide home in 2005 from this business in 2018 I had to file chapter 13 bankruptcy it close in June of 2025 I have paid Johnson mobile home Thur this bankruptcy with the payment for my mortgage the insurance is included . But a storm damage my roof and it is going to have be replaced done a claim for the roof Thur my insurance company the went Thur with no problem they issued me a check for the roof for $ 7990 the was made out to me ****** ************ & the Johnson group llc I received the check in the mail and to Johnson group to get them to sign it they wanted me to sign it so I did then Bill Johnson took the check and kept it cashed it and told me to get estimate for the roof repairs and I took 2 estimate to him he that I needed to get a cheaper one that I owed him money for the insurance premium I told him that ************* premium is supposed to be included with the bankruptcy payment he said it was not included in the bankruptcy and he is keeping all of the insurance money and want pay for the roof repairs please help me with this thanks ****** ************

      We obtained a contractor who made this roof repair for the amount he received from the insurance company.

      He had an estimate for a much higher amount.  

      The job was completed about the time he filed his complaint with you, or maybe even before--in any event, it has been done!

      FYI, the insurance was not included with the bankruptcy so he still owes us for the premium and we will

      not be renewing his insurance on expiration since he has refused to pay for it.
