      I have been taking my car to Hyundai of Meridian since 2022 for the SAME INITIAL issue!! I have paid for service to correct the issue that STILL has not been fixed!! When I initially took my car, it was within warranty. As stated before, THIS has been ongoing since 2022!! I have worked with the dealers service department and have done EVERYTHING they have said that I needed to do to get to a resolution only to be told that there is NOTHING they can do because I am out of warranty NOW but was not out of warranty when I first took this issue to them. They have changed management, and the ball was dropped somewhere!! I have done nothing but get passed around and played over like a you!! I feel like I was taken advantage of because I know nothing about cars. I literally followed EVERYTHING I was told by the Hyundai ****************** to get my issue resolved!!! I was VERY patient and working with them only to be slapped in the face at this point! Im not happy and am not asking for anything for FREE. All I want is the issue resolved!! I couldve BOUGHT another motor for the money Ive paid to them for repairs and gas Ive wasted going back and forth to the dealership for NOTHING!!

      I had a miss fire in one of my plugs plus 2 recalls the mechanic had called a few times asking me what was the car doing I told him missing he said missing what I explained about the plug ok then they popped up and said I needed a catalytic converter which it was bad I asked if that would fix my problem they said yes I asked if they would save my old one I wanted it so they said sure her name was ***** when I asked for it They couldn't find it they offered me a 1997 part no I need mine so they called back later like the next week i think to say you might need a motor but I just had a miss fire. We went to get the car I asked were was it ***** said it should be up front somewhere couldn't find my car so I asked for help it was all the way in the back in a corner it would not start so they jumped it off it was turning over all the time lights fine so the guy said your car was running when it came I said I know I'm glad someone noticed it he got this other guy he put this tester on and said it's the battery so we got a wrecker to bring it home they tested battery fine the top cover was off my motor bolts missing wires not plugged in no oil or gas so i called I called sent pictures what can we do to make it right first this was bad I just want my car put back together and running like it was when I took it there they sent a wrecker threw my car together and it was horrible gas smell something hitting I called back the general manager got on the phone telling me he's going to see about it but I left messages never called back I had to call and he was all about I needed a motor no how did you test drive my car with no oil and all my gas out they must have drained it but you didn't put any back he said do you want me to bring you some oil I said after you all blew my motor up and the dau I was going to get my car kloe said I can't let you drive like this I'm saying I had driven it every day so why did you put the part on then you are going to say a motor it's bad

      A co-worker took her car in to be serviced at the same dealer on last Friday told her she needed a catalytic converter also which she had recently got one  then they said they didn't have any mechanics they walked out but they will get her car returned when they returned it her motor was messed up so being said it's  a problem all cars doesn't need the  same thing but they don't want you to get a lawyer.

      I have attempted to reach the customer.  I would like to better explain the situation to her, and what we are going to do to take care of her.
      Unfortunately, I/we have been unable to get in contact with her. 

      Our plan is to repair her car, at no cost to her.  I will continue to attempt to contact her until this is resolved.

      In October, my sister-in-law purchased a new Hyundai Venue the dealership had on the lot. She's not good with car deals so I worked out the numbers over the phone on her behalf with ********************* in sales. She intended to pay cash but **** said Hyundai had a $400 rebate at the time that we could get if we financed with them. **** assured us that there would be no prepayment penalties so we agreed that financing was fine, letting **** know that we intended to pay it off quickly. The paperwork for the deal that we had agreed to had a $1,432.40 "COST OF FINANCING" listed on it (see attached document), but **** told us that we did not need to worry about that because we'd be paying it off early. Indeed, the monthly payment listed on the deal bore this out: 60 months at $164.54. But when ***** signed the official papers alone (I'm out of state), they slipped a $1,594.60 "COST OF FINANCING" into her loan, with payments of $183.13not the deal **** had offered nor the deal that we had agreed upon (see attached document). My wife and I (and my sister-in-law) did not realize this had happened until we called for the payoff and found it was significantly higher than expected. The dealership tricked us into financing and then tricked my sister-in-law into paying "cost of financing" up front. Through all of this, **** had tested us copies of the dealership offers, but he has since deleted all the photos of these paperwork negotiations (see attached documents). We do have a picture of the original offer that my sister-in-law had sent us with the original deal worked out as well as the payments she should have received because the dealer initially agreed to them. Note that **** has not deleted the picture of ***** with her new car that he sent us (see attached documents), indicating that only the deal negotiations were intentionally removed.We're requesting the $1,594.60 the dealership duplicitously financed be refunded to my Sister-in-law.

      Please withdraw my complaint. I've spoken with the salesperson in question and we have clarified a misunderstanding. My submission was too ***** and in error.
