I got my federal and state taxes filed by ****** ********. She hid all my information and filed my taxes without giving me true information of what she was clearly taking out. She stated she couldn't print or email me a copy of my taxes she submitted. She would not tell me how much she was charging before submitting them. Then she had my taxes deposited into her bank account first then she gave them to me. I was unaware and not informed of any of these things she did. I want $350 refunded to me

On behalf of the company I Sierra ******** reached out to the client personally to resolve the matter. After speaking with both the client and *** they are family related. They are having a dispute over the amount charged for services between client and the ***. I advised the client there is no way for her to be charged twice for a p*** fee. Also the routing and account number thats listed on her return is pathward bank which is the bank we use to collect our p*** fees when you opt to pay your p*** fee from your return we have to partner with a regulated bank to do so. Our system will not allow funds do be deposited into an account that does not belong to the tax payer. I have apologized on behalf of the *** (her niece) for the misunderstanding. I have also offered to amend her return and add her missing documents we have been in contact.

Tax Preparation Business Training that includes the following:
    mentorship
    100 precent prep fees
    training
    payroll support
    1 year contract
ability to resale software after 1 year term for a total of $1997

this included a $300 down payment and a monthly payment until the remainder was paid in full.

The tax trainer did not make the 1st training and rescheduled for another day. We finally had the 1st training and when it was time for the second training the tax trainer wanted to reschedule again for another day. She offered a free credit repair class. I then expressed to her that I would like to remain consistent with the scheduled training and offered to pause the training for a later date so that she could have time to focus on me because this was important to me, she declined and stated she needed some flexibility because she was also try to start a new business. The new business has nothing to do with the services I paid for. if she was unable to manage her time properly she should have not offered the services to begin with. She missed the last training that was scheduled for Thursday, June 20, 2024 and contacted me the next day as if I had something to do with her not fulfilling the service that was agreed upon. She attempted to offer an alternative but by this time I had already emailed her notification (LETTER) to cancel the contract due to her not keeping up her end of the contract. I also filed an affidavit, because all of the services agreed upon were not fulfilled, the owner received notice of this and became upset and sent me a text messaged ab blocked my number and social media handles in an attempt to hinder me from contacting her regarding this issue.

The consumer entered an agreement with the company. The consumer made a deposit on our  tier 3 package. Client was provided a schedule due to scheduling conflicts on the companies behalf we made up the days at a different time of the week client was on a payment with the knowledge base she received from company was well over worth the amount of her initial payment. The consumer filed a dispute with PayPal as if she never received any service although she acknowledges through text that she was taught the basics which is fundamental for her to learn the more complex side of tax preparation. My credit repair course alone is valued at 299 client was able to attend that training and also the very basics and fundamentals of a tax return. Consumer was also taught about credits and deductions. Which a training that’s valued at 499. Client didn’t ask for a refund before disputing funds with PayPal and resorted to filing a bad complaint here because she felt like because she was dissatisfied with the scheduling she should have gained knowledge from my company for free.

     Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because: my contract was for tax preparation training service. I didn’t sign a contract for any other service outside of that. If you gave something for free, it is free and of no value. I communicated to the owner and addressed the inconsistency that I received to her and even after explaining how Important this was to me she still chose to occupy her time with starting her new business  instead of the time and services that I paid for, as I provided the screen shots of the conversation.  There’s no accountability for her short comings and what I find amazingly comical is that this dispute/claim situation is the only time that I’ve witness her promptness to my concerns.

    Regards,
