    I registered and paid in full to attend Miss-***'s 2023 Tumbler *******. I received the following email ************************* <*************************************************************>Fri, Apr 7, 11:23?AM to ********, bcc: me Good Morning, Due to circumstances beyond our control, were getting in touch to let you know that there have been some changes to Tumbler ******* 2023. Due to unforeseeable issues with the venue that were beyond our control we will be unable to host *************** July 7-8th 2023, as planned. We have been diligently searching for an alternate venue. But have been unable to secure one at this time. Unfortunately transferring everyone to virtual attendance for a virtual event later this fall, has become our only option. ***** de Misfit and ***** de ***** ticket holders will be receiving a separate email. Please direct any questions or concerns to Miss-*** Designs and More directly via email. We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. We thank you for your patience and understanding. We hope to see everyone at the virtual event this upcoming fall. Love Miss-*** Designs and More I have tried emailing *************************, snd Miss-*** Designs and More and the messages have bounced back saying address not found. I tried calling the phone number on file and get a message that the phone has been disconnected. I'd like to know what's going on and how to get my money back.

    This is a craft store that has an event called Tumblerpalooza. I purchased a ticket for this event in August 2022. I received an email last week that they are canceling the in person event and switching everyone to a virtual event. I would like my money back instead. I have emailed them but they have not responded. They have shut down their website and they are not answering any questions.
