  Pricing was ridiculous! My yard is no more than 2 acres, yet this company wanted to charge me 1000,00 dollars a month. 150.00 for travel, and 350.00 for the yard twice a month. Most people in the surrounding areas know the drive from Natchez is about 40 minutes. Fifty dollars will take you to Woodville, and return you to Natchez, or even Videlia. Two Vehicles 75.00 so why the 150.00. I’ve had appliances delivered all the way from Mccomb, yet the travel fee was only fifty dollars. I know people charge what they want, but this is highway robbery! Another thing, is that I asked Mr. ,,,,, if he could give me a round about figure as to how much he thought the yard would cost after he looked at it. He told me he had no ideal, and would email me a quote the next day. If you’ve been in the business as long as he says he has, you should have some sort of vague idea as to how much the cost should be. ( It’s like he went home and came up with a ridiculous quote). Mr. ,,,,, then started talking about PH Balance, Soil testing, grass fertilization, said the grass was cut too low etc. He may be right, however there is plenty of grass, and all I wanted was Mowing & Weedeating. I started to sense he really didn’t want to take the job, and so charged me a steep price. I would have paid 500.00 a month, however he wanted 1000,00 and would give no sort of break. I would have respected him so much more if he had just said he didn’t want to take on the job, rather than charging a price he knew I wasn’t going to pay. Seems like that sort of pricing would be for big businesses, Cemeteries etc. Greed is a terrible thing.
