    I had the bad fortune of having to work with Advanced Heating and Air through my warranty company. I paid for a diagnoses yet ****** from Advanced refused to tell me exactly what was wrong with my AC unit over and over until my warranty company had to refund my money and find a competent company to do the job.

    ****** has spoken to you multiple times about this. ****** has explained to you each and every time you emailed and called the office that the report was submitted to your warranty company which you have a contract with, not us. In order for you to receive that report you would have to get that from your warranty company that you have a signed contract with. We only work for your warranty company and have to abide by any rules that they give us. I would have been more willing to help you had you not cussed me out each time you contacted the office and left multiple bad reviews. Your claim was denied due to negligence of your unit, your condenser was so matted of dirty and leaves, of which the pictures were sent you to your email. You not taking care of your unit is not something that should not result in cussing at the office on multiple occasions and leaving dirty reviews on every website you can get in contact with. I have told you numerous of times, to contact your warranty company to get the report as we submit diagnostic of our findings and **** of negligence, and they make the final decision. Again, any problems that may have contact your warranty company!!

    First of all, you were never cussed at that's a flat out lie. Second, my warranty company told you to provide me with a report yet you refused to comply and give the report to the customer who paid for it, which is why they had to refund me. They never do that by the way but had to make an exception since you refused to listen to them or me for over a month. You can't blame the warranty company for your bad business tactics every bad review you get can you?

    Advanced Heating and Air Conditioning installed a unit at my home and I have been very pleased with the unit! Please reach out to them if you need anything. They will also be my go to Heating and Air Company!

    i had to pay $2250+ for a home warranty covered AC repair, because the home warranty company (First American Home Warranty) instructed Advanced Heating and Air, New Albany ,MS to charge a "fat rate" for freon and "modifications". The modifications consisted of a freon line dryer and compressor contactor (relay) which were about $100 worth f parts. The technician installed 4.5 pounds of Freon after replacing the A-coil in the inside AC unit. Several Heating / AC companies were contacted to check the cost of Freon. The HIGHEST was $90 a pound. The A-coil/installations was "covered by warranty. So what should have been about $600 ($405 for Freon , $100 worth of parts and maybe $100 for installation cost me $2250+ .

    Hey Mr. *******, Your review seems more toward First American Home Warranty here than our company. First American charges Flat Rates for any work that is done- Labor, Freon, Modifications, etc. Per your contract with First American (not Advanced Heating and Air) it covers only a small portion of freon and No modification Coverage. Depending on the level of your contract with First American determines coverage, which is your out-of-pocket expense. After looking at your Work Order, the out-of-pocket amount that First American provided was approved by you prior to coming out to your home to repair your Heating and Air System. No Concerns were expressed at any time to us or First American until months later. Please call your First American Home Warranty for any questions or concerns that you may have, as we are just the company that is contracted through First American and must abide by their individual contract terms and agreements.

    They stated
    that no coverage for "modifications" was included. I have been n contact with ***** ********* of First American
    Home Warranty. She stated that they do NOT require a flat rate charge for modifications and that the requirement
    is to charge fair market value for any additional "modifications". It is NOT fair market value to charge $2257.70 for
    4.5 pounds of Freon , a Freon line dryer and a compressor contactor (relay). They also stated that no concerns were
    expressed which is not true. When the lady called to tell me the cost and repair date, I expressed my concern that I
    was being overcharged. I also spoke to ******* in billing and expressed my concerns at why I was being charged so
    much. In addition, I did not wait "months" to contact anyone. I sent an email to the company on 4/23/24 expressing
    my concerns. I got no response. I also sent the Better Business Bureau complaint on 4/30/24. I also expressed concerns
    to First American when I cancelled my home warranty account. I did not get a response from that. I have also discovered
    after talking again with ******* in billing at Advanced, as well as ***** ********* at First American that Advanced
    heating and Air is the one that gets that money. I hope you can get this resolved because again, this is totally unfair.
