    I took two chains in to be sharpened from my Stihl 661C thinking I'd get a "factory" reset on the cutting edges. Boy was I wrong. $26 later I picked up the chains and noticed when I get home that there were large burs and burn marks on all the teeth. The chains were trashed. I took them back and they agreed to "touch up" the chains to remove the burs. The next day they called and said they could not touch them up and I could pick them up. Then they told me that they didn't make any money sharpening chains but only did it as a service to their customers. They also didn't use a grinding wheel with the correct radius to match the file diameter. Another annoyance is in order to speak with anyone of authority you have to drive down the road a quarter mile to speak with the "service manager". No one at the actual store can make a decision. This is definitely not the old New Albany Saw Shop. Two $65 chains ruined.
