    Forced to sue contractor in small claims court In LA which ordered refund in 2024, still not repaid (Mar 2025). Paid $4500 cash via Venmo for three new garage doors and three new openers on August 18, 2023. Installation was to be within five days with services to be paid upon completion. A guy showed up to begin installation two weeks later. The two doors he brought were used mismatched color (white and brown) panels. He partially mounted one and stated he would have to come back the next day. Never completed. Buyer Beware.

    On January 18, 2024, the owner of this business took my check for $2,500 and promised to install a garage door within one week. He immediately cashed the check but did not deliver the door as promised. Changed the delivery date two more times, but still did not deliver. Refused to give me a refund, and stopped communicating with me. I feel I have been scammed and have filed charges against this company hoping to get a refund. I am a 82 yo widow and can’t afford this loss!
