    On or about 6/20/2022 I called numerous companies that weekend I spoke with lion heating and air told them my issue they came out quoted me a price of $2500. My issue was that I had raccoons or squirrels in my attic that ate through my installation which was now pushing thru all ac vents and returns they quoted me that to replace all damaged installation up in the attic. Now the owner said it would be a two day process so ok I said fine but when the workers came out on the first day the played around have video footage also called made owner or manager aware. They cleared some stuff out attic and went outside said they had to clear out the other side that never happen they left came back the next morning was here about 3 hrs and said job was done I found that hard to believe because they didnt clear any else out so I asked are you sure he said yes had we did the entire attic it would be more. I then told him it shouldnt be cause this is what I paid for to this day I still have installation coming thru the air vent have contacted company multiple times left a review on ****** still no response. I disputed the charge of course they responded to my bank finally on 8/26 I get a lady on the phone only to say Ill have owner call still no call I just want my money back cause they did not do their job had they did it I would have air and no installation coming through this installation is horrible and itching I have 5 kids small ones and a asthmatic child this is not going hat ppl should be inhaling Im breaking out on a daily just to get a little air its frustrating to be in heat. Please advise. I have been inhaling and trying to deal with this also paid for air ducts to be cleaned he cleaned and sanitized it but he said that will not stop installation I have to call them back out so I would like to get my money back or they can come finish the job replace all installation issues in attic and tune up AC unit as well as Freon and filter. Also if possible air vent cause

    Lion HVAC Disagrees with Complaint. 

    1. Lion HVAC did do this job in June of 2022. 

    2. *** was quoted to replace DAMAGED Ductwork only. Old duct has been chewed up by critters and some insulation did get into the system. 

    3. We did complete job and replaced all the damaged Duct work only. 

    4. Job cost was $2500 with materials costing approximately $900. The job did take portions of two days. 

    5. Customer was explained that there was no way to guarantee to get all insulation out of the system because of the damaged done by critters, without replacing all ductwork but that would have cost more than the customer could pay. We only replaced duct work that was damaged and that was all that we were paid to do. We referred the customer to another company that could come out and clean duct lines. 

    6. Customer is not being reasonable because what she is claiming does not have anything to do with what we quoted her to do. (Which was just to replace damaged duct line only) 

    7. Customer also did not complain in a timely manner. Lion HVAC cannot refund the money because our portion was done properly. 

    8. Customer can call LION HVAC at ************ and we can have a third party come out and assess the situation and check and see if animals have gotten in the attic again.

    I am rejecting this response because: I was quoted that they would replace all duct work and critters are not in the attic because I got all that replace the issue it the same thing insulation coming thru air vents. Nothing has changed from from day and I have been contacting your company since they came out. It took you this long to respond to the BBB so what do u think happened after I called numerous time even left a message with the lady answering the phone
