    Someone in this leading office told my security deposit when I first moved into these apartments. They had me paying two different amounts and stated two different reasons why. When my lease when up I actually stayed an extra month and half. I continue to ask the leasing office how much did I owe them for the amount of days they kept telling me they would add it up at the end once I turned in my keys. They also stated I would get my deposit back once they looked at the apartment. This apartment was a mess when I got it and it took two months for me to even move inside. I didnt get a mailbox key. I continued to email the company on how much I owe them and when was I going to get my deposit back. Then I look online and see they have overcharged me and lied like I only paid them 250, and lied like they didnt remember me paying them ****** also. When I brought it to their attention they ask me for proof and I sent it to two different emails. Nothing was changed. Today I get a call from collections and the amount is still the same. These people have stole my money.

    Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We take all resident feedback seriously and strive to address concerns promptly and effectively.

    We understand that ****** Eulls is dissatisfied regarding the return of her deposit and the condition of her apartment. We would like to clarify a few points in hopes of resolving this issue.

    Deposit Return: Our policy regarding deposit returns is outlined in the lease agreement. Typically, deposits are returned following a final inspection of the apartment, which is conducted after move-out. In this case, our inspection revealed damages and cleaning requirements that exceeded normal wear and ******* addition, she still has a rent balance. As a result, we are unable to refund her deposit and, in fact, there may be additional charges due.

    Apartment Condition: We sincerely apologize if the apartment did not meet her expectations. We conducted a thorough review of the apartment's condition during her tenancy and found no issues that were not addressed in our maintenance records.
