    On May 16, 2023 GiftedHands owner *********************** of ************************************************************ was hired to Install a New Fence at ************************************************************** , On May 15, 2023 I met *********************** at ********** at **************************************************************************************** and I paid a total of $2687.20 for Supplies for the fence and was told that my balance would be $1512.80 upon completion of the job. He arrived at my house and began the job and he asked me how did I want the fence and I told him that it should be exactly like everyone else in my-neighborhood. I had a appointment with my doctor and left for a few hours upon my return home I walked around and found that he install it with the rough side facing the neighbors house and the smooth side facing my house and he stated that it didnt make a Difference if my neighbor was going to build a fence. I stated yes it does because my neighbors are going to complain and It against my HOA policy and I ask Him did He go get a permit to build it and he stated if the other company JP fencing whom I originally was going with to build the fence had already got one then he didnt need one because they had already gotten one to build. I paid him the balance and told him if I get a complaint he would have to come back and fix it because I didnt feel right about it and He should fix it now but it had started pouring down raining. The next day I called him explaining that I had a complaint from my neighbor who lives behind me and I went back/forth at ********** by calling, texting and emailing *************** at ************************************* but he stop all respond to any of my calls or emails or texts. Now my HOA is sending me a violation notice of Lien and fees if I dont correct the violation of tear down the fence Im Out of $4200 due to this issue and cant Afford another fence or to buy supplies all I ask him to do is correct the issue with my fence so that Im not sued in court or anything with my VA mortgage lenders.

    Customer is lying I suggested the best way to her to do her fence but she said no.   Do the fence the other way because she wanted to stained the smooth side.  I said okay and put it up.   After she found out it was wrong she started calling me.   I know how HOA work and I have done thousands of fences.   She is just mad because she didnt listen to me.   I always do exactly what customers tell me to do.  I wouldnt stay open if I didnt do exactly what customers tell me to do.
