    On January 16,2023 I took my 2008 dodge ram in to the Meineke in **************** for a front end alignment because my truck was pulling to the driver side, that same afternoon my wife and daughter went and picked up my truck as my daughter was driver away from Meineke she noticed that my steering wheel was cocked to the right even though the wheels were straight and that my truck was pulling to the passenger side now the opposite of why I took it there in the first place. I drive trucks for *** so I didn't have the time to take it back until my next day off day which was Saturday 21,2023, so my truck stayed parked in my driveway from that Monday the day my trucked was picked up from Meineke until Saturday when I went to take my truck in to have my problem fixed. When I arrived I talked to the service advisor ***************** and was asked when the work was done once he found out it was only 4 days earlier he proceeded to tell me that front end alignments weren't covered under warranty but the 5th paragraph of MEINEKE LIMITED WARRANTY sheet I was given with my receipt states that all Additional parts and services itemized on my receipt are warranted for a period of 12 months or ****** miles or which ever comes first. I ended up not getting my truck fixed Saturday because the service advisor informed me that there we're 10 cars ahead of me people who have not yet paid yet and I had already paid for my service but it was not done properly. I just want my truck fixed the way that i paid for it to be fixed.
