    Approximately 9-10 months ago I built a new house. I contacted Southern Stone and Cabinets to get a quote for Cabinets and Countertops. during the build without my knowledge, the company changed hands. I was contacted by a lady named **** who said she had taken over my project. Due to the fact I had already paid a down payment for both cabinets and countertops, I went ahead and let them continue . From that point on it had been a complete nightmare. They did so much wrong, that it's almost as if they did it on purpose !! After Approximately 6 months, paint started coming off of the cabinet that contains the trash cans. Approximately 2 months ago, they sent workers to the house to try to fix it, but according to them, the paint they had didn't match the original paint. We have been calling and calling our sales rep ***** but she never answered our calls. Finally I spoke with a lady named ******* and sent her pics of the cabinet. Today I was contacted by ******************* who said they would not fix the issue because it was "damage ". There is no damage !!!! The paint is coming off.... **************** also said I could pay for a new door .... Really ??? you don't stand behind your product for at least a year ? He never even came to look at it. He has single handedly ruined our new kitchen... I want it fixed !!!! its not even a year old. I have never seen a more incompetent company in my life !!!! I will not accept anything less than having it fixed !!!
