    I joined the membership for 2 lash refills per month, paid in advance, on September 21. I put my credit card on file. After a few visits, I noticed additional charges on my credit card that I had not been made aware of, nor had I authorized. When I contacted management to rectify, I was informed that my membership was being cancelled and that my future appointments were being cancelled. My last automatic payment was made on November 21, 2023, for two refills in the month of December. I have requested the credit card charges be reversed but management will not respond.

    Not only do I dispute this to the highest possible extent, her arguement is entirely false and ridiculous. She left reviews for the business that yelp and ****** both removed due to harrassment and personal safety fears. I have attached a personal message she sent me after she stalked me to find me, as well as an e mail thread with my manager. This is in addition to the dozen times ( I can send you phone records if you need) that she called BOTH of my salons and told my front desk staff that she was suing them and they called me crying asking if they needed to get attorneys. In addition, her charge that she is so upset about ($9) was a valid and CORRECT charge. We did offer to give her a credit for the $9 to be nice which was a mistake and we should have never even offer. Guess thats what we get for being nice. You will also see that she has disputed the charge which means not only do we not get paid for the service that the e mail proves she was VERY happy with, she for some reason expects to be able to come back in for more services even though we now have no money for the perfect service she has received. I am sending this to my attorney to add to my harassment suit against her and if I have to pursue it will come after her to pay my legal fees for this BOGUS claim. My argument will stand up in court and I hope it will not have to come to that. Sadly, neither myself nor my staff feel safe because of her outlandish and unstable behavior. I run a valid and respectable business that does an enormous about of business in ******* and is new to Olive ******* It is already breaking records in Olive ****** and the success and happy customers speak for it.
