    An antique clock was broke and *** said they would have it repaired and returned. We have not received the clock.

    American veterans restoration did the water mitigation. American veterans restoration did not move your contents that was handled by PP&R construction that company has no affiliation with American veterans restoration. If they have not returned the clock please let me know how we can come to a settlement amount since this was not American Veterans Restoration who packed you out sir. ** handle only the water mitigation which is the structural drying.

    I am rejecting this response because: pp and r said that ******** ********* had it. When I talked to him early in this ordeal he said the clock was in his office. The next time I talked to ******** he said it was in my garage which it was not. So the man lied twice and ***** of pp and r lied also. For business to have a behavior like this is unacceptable.

I honestly do not have possesssion of this antique clock I will be happy to compensate you fairly for it. I apologize if someone lied but I assumed it was in **** garage since pp&r packed it

    On February 28, 2023, American Veterans Restoration sent work crew to house to repair after water damage. I inform the work crew leader to tell his workers not to wash paint/chemicals in ********* of the house or put in toilets. I told him there is a septic tank system in the house. The chemicals will damage the system. I Informed *********************************** March 23, 2023, by email and text, I saw a worker put a chemical on his hands and arm (paint thinner) and washed his arms and hands in the sink of the house. I contacted *********************************** April 3, 2023, paint had been poured down the bathtub drain in the house. I forward pictures of the paint in the bathtub and drain. I received text from ******** staying he did not see paint in the tub and drain. I asked ******** to come to the house and see the paint in the tub. He refused to come and see the paint in the drain. I am requesting American Veterans Restoration pay to have the septic tank pumped to remove the chemical from the system.

    The resolution was that ***** compensated her in which this was the contractor with PP&R who was on site. This job was subbed to another contractor by the name of PP&R who was on site at the time. *********************
