    Date of Transaction: Began July 15, 2022 and continues to be open and unresolved.Contracted ***************************** (Finishing Touches LLC) to construct a covered patio for approx. $28K at our ************ home. Contact for contractor *****************************: ************, *********************************** We have not been able to get ******* to complete the patio, which was originally scheduled to be completed in September, then October, then November, then December, then January, and we still lack completion of the work as of today (2/8/2023). We have consistently had to revisit major quality issues. And the work that still remains is substantive. We provided a checklist to the contractor (*****************************) on 12/5/23 with (14) line items that still remained open, and we still have (8) remaining open. The contractor has the majority of payment ($27K of $28K) and since has been very non-responsive to our requests to prioritize completing the work. In an attempt to support small, minority owned businesses have been immensely disappointed that we cannot get resolve directly with contractor. A detailed listing of work that remains not completed:- Outdoor kitchen countertop needs to be installed - Order and install Kamado *******************/grill (funding to order provided to contractor over 3 months ago)- ************ grill needs to be installed - Gutters across full patio section and porch area have not been completed - down spouts were never put in place.- 1 of 2 patio doors has major gap under bottom - requires threshold ceiliing - Ceiling faceplates not installed - Grounds repairs done along external wall of patio - Removing concrete residue left in drive area in lots of places where they mixed concrete.I am seeking this discourse in an attempt to resolve and avoid further delays, and for the quality gaps to be addressed given our investment. I would like to avoid taking more progressive Legal actions to bring resolution to this matter.

    I have been in consistent communication with the owner and we are getting things completed and is almost finished with the entire job. I also discussed the amount owed with *************, as it is inaccurate here. That too has been resolved.
