      I hired this company to service my lawn. First and 2nd service they did not pick up or bag the clippings. I called and they informed me they don't do that but could add that to my service for an additional fee. I foolishly agreed to the additional fee. The next cut they only cut my front lawn and not the back. They did not notify me that it wasn't cut, and left clippings on the street, etc. I called to find out why they didn't cut the back and they couldn't tell me why they didn't cut it but said they would reschedule it for the following Monday, with no apology or anything. Thinking about this and looking at my uncut lawn over the course of the weekend I decided that I did not want this type of service, it was too stressful dealing with them. So on Monday I called to cancel my service and asked for half my money back because they did not complete the service but charged me for it. I was told we are not going to give you your money back, you refused the service. I explained my situation again and was told she would have the owner call me. I never received a call and call again the next day. This lady flat out told me that, " you are not getting your money back, you canceled the service". Yes, but I have paid for a service I didn't receive. This unprofessional, inconsiderate, person told me, "You are not getting your money back", and hung up on me! OMG! I felt so helpless, this is just plain wrong. I haven't signed any contract to tell me if you don't provide my service, I have to pay you anyway. They need to be shut the h*** down for the service they provided. Who the h*** are these people? So MAD.
