    on oct 18 i ordered some ****** roller lifters from lunati, on line purchase. it said the parts were in stock. i paid for 2 day shipping. Order # ********* after about a week i called them and was informed that they only had 1 pair, and i had ordered 2 pair. so they put my order on backoredr. didnt call or email me , just didnt ship. i told them to send the one they had and send the other when it came in. after another week still nothing. i called back, same thing , *** said he would ship it out on monday, after another week i called again, same thing, said he would break another kit open and send them both. i still havent gotten my parts but they took my money. Grand Total $173.43 now its nov 1st and i still dont have my parts, i just want my parts and my money back for the 2 day shipping.

    Our apologies for the errors and lack of proper communication on your order.  In the end, we do not have the parts to fulfill your order due to an inventory error, so a full refund has been processed including the shipping.  You should see an email shortly with the refund confirmation.

    I purchased a Cam and lifter kit. Part# ******** Grind# VH32-VH33-112. The product is defective as there is excessive lifter noise at start-up. Goes away when engine is warm. I have tried to call them for assistance and nobody answers the phone or returns my calls after leaving messages. I have tried emailing them at least 2 times. 2 weeks have gone by without anyone getting back to me. Extremely disappointed. This product was installed in a brand new engine.

    Purchased a set of lifters $832.99. The build took longer then expected but finally get the motor to the dyno tune shop and hear the lifters are bad. Called lunati and sent them in for inspection in January. I had to pay for the shipping almost $100. Was told I would have them replaced in 4 weeks. 3 months later I call and say it's on back order call back in 6 weeks. Asked for a different set comparison. Was told basically no. At this point just send my money back I'm tired of the games.

    Around 3 months ago I started a return/exchange issue with lunati. One of their products, a hyd flap tappet cam and lifter set, malfunctioned and broke, requiring replacement. They sent a hyd roller cam and lifter set to replace it, and lowered the price a bit to make up for the hassle. The next problem with the 2nd set of parts was locked up lifters, which required replacement. After sending those back, and having to call several times to get replacements sent out, the new lifters are also stuck and and unusable. Every time I have to attempt making contact with the company I am on hold for several hours, sometimes even whole business days before someone actually answers the phone. And when they do answer, they either offer little to no help, or just straight out hang up the phone. This latest call that I tried today resulted them giving me an email address that doesn't work to speak to the warranty department. It seems I've lost all ability to contact the company and get this issue resolved.If I cannot get the correct, operable parts sent out to me in an orderly fashion then I would like to not only be refunded in full but also for the extra dollar amount to account for other parts that buying from a different company will require, plus all of my time that has been wasted assembling and disassembling my engine with all their bad parts.
