      Hey here's so bitter tea I would like for them to close this place down. They will mess up your credit and sale you a lemon. The salesman should be rated -0 and they do not know how to take care of business and customers. My truck has not been fixed and every day I called to get the job done they still haven't got to my truck it's been there since June. Who do I talk to to get my money back and close them down. I'm so ******.

      I would NOT recommend this dealership for anything!! Please take your business somewhere else! If you have an issue with your vehicle they will tell you that they only accept oil changes and if its anything outside of that youll need to drop off your vehicle for the unforeseeable future and if you want to wait on it per ***** words from the dealership bring a comfy chair because who knows how long youll be waiting. Very unprofessional!

      In September of 2020 my wife and I bought a new Palisade and purchase the extended warranty at the behest of my sales rep and management.My wife took it in for service (per the factory's recommendations). Every time she made an appointment and would ask them to look into something like "wind noise" from the passenger side, etc. She was told that they "did not have the time or resources". Recently we asked them to address were the wipers going off randomly while driving and not at all during the rain (problem right?). They told her to leave it with them for 3 weeks with no rental After 2+ years I went there myself and spoke with the service manager and the ** (*************) and asked, "do you think it is reasonable for my wife to leave a new Hyundai Palisade (premium vehicle) with you for 3 weeks after making an appointment without a rental to address wipers?" to which he said "yes".

      I purchased a 2018 Sonata from Homer Skeleton brand new. I began having issues with the engine and after filing a complaint the engine was supposedly replaced. Within a week of replacement, my check engine light was back on and the car was stalling. I took my car up to the dealership on November 18th and was told now it is the fuel pump. I dont understand how this wasnt noticed when they had just had my car. I was given a loaner car and from the moment of receiving the car notice the slow leak on the drivers back tire. Ive been adding air and had to get the tire repaired, and on my way to work December 13th, the air went out and being stranded on the side of the road noticed that there isnt a spare tire in this 2023. I just left the dealership on December 9th due to them still having my car for 3 weeks and advised them when I left to order the part and repair my car. When I made it to the dealership I was told by my service advisor ***** that he was new and forgot to put the order in for them to repair my car. This is the most unprofessional and irresponsible thing Ive ever dealt with because I had to leave work early to deal with this because I had been trying for over a week to get someone to answer the phone and return my call. I was told that for them to order the part for my car that I had to come up there and pay half. What sense does this make and I cant even trust them to fix the car and its sitting there for over 3 weeks. Im so very disappointed and have been inconvenienced by this company. I am also having to miss work again today due to the inconvenience.
