    4/23/23 11:51am- went for oil change, was told I needed a cabin air ************* located behind my glove box, I got that and oil change 4/29/23 6pm: traveling I-55 N, I heard a loud noise & burn smell, pulled over, my ******** checked the tires & looked around my truck didn't see anything so I looked underneath, there was my skid ********************* hanging down to the ground, I got back in my truck & googled those parts, it said the skid panel has to be removed for oil change, I called Take 5 & asked for the manager, spoke with him who apologized & said it was their fault & told me to bring it in, I said I could in the morning, for me to drive home, my mom took her phone charging cord to tie the skid panel upward & manually pushed the undercarriage into another part, I didn't have my original screws/bolts on either part 4/30/23 arrived 9:20am (they open @ 10): the guy asked what did I need, I explained my ************** call with a manager on yesterday, he said pull in bay 2, I had to explain to 3 different guys & one guy says how they keep forgetting to put the skid panels back up, ****** asks do we have another one, the guy says nah I'm talking about this one, I was there about 30 minutes, the guy says you're all done, I said I need to get out & see if its repaired correctly, he says no you can't get ************** but I promise you it's not going anywhere, so I listened to him & left, hours late I decided to check it out & behold they used zip ties everywhere a s**** or bolt was missing, I called up there & asked for the manager, his name was ******** advised me to contact him a couple of weeks before my next oil change so he can the ************** in for my vehicle.5/3: turned AC on & noise comes from glove box area No one offered their apologies, discount, policy information, nothing. I've called corporate office number listed online & no answer, so I looked up the reviews & wished I had before ever going.Total cost paid: $123.81

    03/14/2023 I took my 2019 ***** sonata to get oil changed and when I left there motor locked I am getting a lawyer to *** them for pain n suffering and to fix my car

    The most horrible experience I've besides covid! I wake up Friday morning take my son to school & come back home, tell my wife I'm going to get my oil changed. I get there wait for maybe 10 seconds & the tech comes up pulls me in. Keep in mind I've been here several times! Put my info in the system ask me do I want the same oil change I reply yes. The tech comes back & says your coolant is low & we can top it off or do a coolant flush for 25% 0ff & hands me key ring coupon that says 25% off & says keep this for all your visits. I say ok give it to me cool! Ok they're performing the oil ******************************** training new employees as well. They've completed the oil change I believe & look they started to perform the coolant flush but one the techs closes the hood. I say that was strange to myself. The Manger comes to perform or finish the coolant flush & ask me to turn my defrost on & keep the engine running. Then he says you can turn the engine off. I wait for a couple of seconds & they say you're complete. I pull out & I'm waiting for traffic to pass & the I get a reading that says check gauges I say to myself I've never seen this before. Go to the ******* not even ***************************************************************************** start it up the engine immediately starts running hot & try to call on the phone no answer. So I get it to start drive back to the store they pulled me right in they all start to come look at my vehicle. ( I'm getting so angry sharing this!!!) The DM was very nice & tried to fix what he thought was wrong. He tells me it's the throttle body then he says it's the fuel pump. So I ask do you all know a mechanic all the techs start replying & while I'm waiting on the dm to finish I call a mobile mechanic I found on ******** he comes right on & when gets there without even doing anything to the vehicle he said they messed up the coolant process & the vehicle got to hot & cracked the gasket. I tell the dm he couldn't get it started & he
