    I ordered 3 - 3 cpvc pipe at 20ft from this company on may 18, 2022 with an estimated delivery of June 7th. Since June 7th I have called them everyday to see where my order is. Their excuse was that the shipping dock is overwhelmed and doesnt have enough worker because, this is the times we are living in and people would rather be home living off government assistance. After waiting 10 days I had no choice but to seek out a new company to purchase this pipe. I called to cancel and they said they wouldnt be able to cancel because it has already been out for delivery and they wont take it back. Also stated that returns on this size pipe cant be returned, which isnt stated in the details of the item but hidden elsewhere on their website. I shouldnt be punished for a delivery that will be over 2 weeks delayed from the estimated delivery date.
