    I am filing this complaint regarding an extremely disappointing experience with Protank *******. We purchased a 300-liter water tank and were given a delivery date. On April 2nd 2025, I took time off from work to receive the item, but the delivery never occurred. Worse, I was not notified of any delay.When I contacted the company, I was informed that the item had not yet been picked up. A week passed without updates. Upon calling again, the company told us to reach out directly to the delivery carrier even though our purchase was made through their store, and they are responsible for coordinating with third parties.After contacting the carrier myself, a new delivery date was scheduled. Once again, I took another day off work. On the morning of the scheduled delivery, I was given a time window but just 20 minutes before that time, we received a call saying our tank had been FORGOTTEN and was not placed on the truck.Due to repeated failures, lack of communication, and total disregard for my time, I requested cancellation of the order and a full refund. After receiving no reply to my formal email, I called again and was told I would receive only a PARTIAL REFUND for the product only, not the shipping fees.I never received the product. I lost two full days of work. My attempts to resolve the issue were ignored. And now I am being denied a full refund, which is not only unreasonable but also inconsistent with consumer rights and business ethics in ********Resolution Requested:I am requesting a immediate FULL REFUND, including shipping costs, and a formal acknowledgment of the companys failure to deliver the product and provide adequate customer service.

    The customer initially sent in an email regarding order *****, which was incorrect(the correct order is *****) and had to be researched which took time.  The correct order was partially refunded as requested at the branch level in the amount of ****** on 4/28/25.  The owner of our company then stated that the order should be refunded in full to rectify this situation for the customer so the remaining ****** was refunded the next day 4/29/25 to take care of this issue as quickly as possible.

    We apologize for breakdown in communication by our company, and also, the lack of communication by the transportation company.

    This is not how we run our day-to-day operation, and we hope we can be better in the future and learn from these mishaps.  It is our mission to give great customer service and for our customers to be happy with our products.  We apologize that neither were met with Mr. ************************* believe if the customer would check with his bank one more time he would see both refunds.  I would be happy to provide those receipts for him as well if needed.
