    We had this company install a hot water heater. Less than 2 years later we had a leak from what we believed was the hot water heater. We called out the plumber who was the one who installed the tank, by this time he was no longer working for Olive Branch plumbing. He said it was the hot water heater. While looking at the photos I took of the area my wife said it looks like its coming from the drain pipe. Mind you we had no hot water at this time. We called out a separate company and they said the drain pipe was not installed correctly, thus causing the leak, which by the way went through the ceiling of our daughters bedroom. We decided to have this company install a tankless water heater and we contacted Olive Branch Plumbing and told them of the issues, sent emails with pictures (to a gentleman named *****), asked them if they wanted to come see the damage for themselves and we got crickets, nothing. We told them you sent these workers, they did the install incorrectly. We arent asking for a refund, we just wanted our ceiling fixed. If there is a completely innocent party in this situation it is **, we did absolutely nothing wrong. The last email was on August 2, 2024, todays date is September 7, 2024. We shouldnt have to beg a company to step up and make something right! If they have an issue with the plumber who did the install that isnt our problem, they hired him, not us. They claim to be a family owned company, who value their customers. I beg to differ! If you want to change my mind then step up and do what is right!!!! We shouldnt have to eat all the cost incurred from your former employee.
