    I purchased a building sign from ****** in October. He has not put my sign up and continues to give me the run around including having a sign installed that fell down and broken with in ours of installing it.

    I contracted with Elite Sign to do signage for one of my childcare centers along with wrapping my three buses in July 2022. He was to have two of my buses wrapped by August 8 and the third by August 15. As of today, April 25, 2023, he has not completed any of the projects. One bus has been poorly wrapped where the coverage does not stick and water leaks through the paper. One bus has been stripped of all signage making it inopperable.That particular bus cannot be utilized because the ****************** requires all transportation to have the proper signage on them for use. The 3rd bus he never done anything to it, but I assume joy ride. I have given him ample enough time to complete what we contracted. I continue to reach out to him but he always has an excuse as to why he has not completed the project. Most of the times I've called (90%) he does not answer and I either leave a voicde message or leave a text mesage on his cell phone number of ************. I have also called his business at ************ in ************, **. He has his employee say he's not there or he just left. I have tried reaching out to him multiple times at first he was answering my calls. Later he would text back that he would call me back but would'nt. A few times I would call from another number and he answers and then hangs up. The first day of school started with ********************* on August 15, 2022. I had to contact him to plead for my bus in order to transport my students to school that morning, making some of my students late for their 1st day of school. The signage he did for my windows have misspelled words in two separate locations. It's rather embarrasssing since we are educators. He has stated that he would change it, yet he has not. I've really gotten to the point where I've reached my limit with all of his LIES. He is extremely unethical and unprofessional. Pictures don't lie and neither do I. I have documentation to back up everything I have stated and more.

    We paid a down payment to this client in the amount of $3,356.00 back on February 9, 2022 we have tried reaching out to him multiple times at first he was answering our call's stating the sign was still being made after a few months went by he will not answer the phone nor messages from CFS this is not how a company treats it's customers we want our money back that we put down for the deposit nor our sign someone please help us.
