    I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Chandler Towing. Their level of unprofessionalism was shocking from start to finish. They charge unnecessary fees and refuse to show any empathy or flexibility, outright admitting that these fees are "how they make money." It's clear that they prioritize profit over basic decency or customer service.
    Communication with them is next to impossible. They have a sign on their gate with instructions on retrieving your vehicle, but this critical information is not listed anywhere on their website. The website is misleading, causing unnecessary confusion and wasting time.
    When I tried to address my concerns, the owner became rude and completely unwilling to have a productive discussion. Their behavior reinforced my belief that they are only interested in exploiting people who are already dealing with a difficult situation.
    I would strongly recommend avoiding Chandler Towing if you can. This is not the type of business that values fairness or integrity. Instead, they seem focused on taking advantage of others when they’re most vulnerable.
