    I ordered online February ******* flowers for my granddaughter, University Florist ******************. However they were not delivered. I did not receive a call or email. Therefore I called the store February *******. The young lady was very rude, horrible,poor customer service. She stated she was a volunteer and not the bank when inquiring about my money. Then my daughter called and asked to speak with a manager or supervisor. She refused and didnt allow her to finish explaining. She talked over my daughter. And told her to come into the store. However we live in ******** and not ******, ***********. I will never spend my money with university florist in ******, ***********. Poor customer service

    I am extremely disappointed with the standing spray I purchased from University Florist for $325. The arrangement was supposed to be a beautiful tribute for a loved one, but what I received was a sparse and wilted mess. The spray consisted of only 6 roses and 3 wilted lilies, which looked like they had been sitting out for days.
    The quality was subpar, and the value for the price was appalling.
    I expect much higher standards from a florist, especially at such a premium price point. The lack of attention to detail and care in preparing the arrangement is unacceptable. I would not recommend University Florist to anyone and will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
