      This company is very unprofessional. Our neighborhood was given zero notification that they would be drilling and laying fiber optics. We noticed that 811 was spraying lines and putting down markers, when asked, they said that we should have already been notified. After finding the company, I spoke with ***** ***** (owner) he said "yeah we need to be better about that, I have a bunch of ******** and you know how that goes" They came and was jumping into backyards while putting some door hangers with info, they missed several houses and when homeowners asked what was going on, ***** ***** was rude and condescending. He even called my father a curse word in Spanish (i have that on camera) They are a sloppy company with no care about people's property. After hearing and watching interactions between ***** ***** and homeowners, and his "********" it is also very clear that he holds some inner stereotypes and that is all I will say on that matter. I know that this review will fall on deaf ears, but I can only hope that someone reads this with some influence and will convey their issues as well as reach out to ATT and any company that does business with ***** ***** and perhaps teach him how to run a business like a decent human being instead of a coarse, uncaring, rude and unprofessional person.
